Located only two minutes walk from the beach, the promenade and some of Mojacars best bars and restaurants.
The villa is in a perfect location for a quiet and relaxing holiday, ideal for families both young and old. There is a small private swimming pool.
The generously sized lounge/dining room which seats six, includes WiFi and a Smart TV. From here there is a patio door leading out to the pool area.
There is a shower room on the ground floor level.
The villa has four bedrooms, all with air conditioning and three bathrooms.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and one twin room. A family bathroom serves these three bedrooms.
There is a King bedroom with full ensuite with it´s own entrance located under the main Villa in a small studio.
There is a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen complete with oven/hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A seperate utility contains washing machine and tumble dryer.
Villa Arizona also has gas central heating for the winter months.
